1.先把姜,番茄切末,蒜苗切小段。

2.將鯧魚洗凈,用一半的姜末和少許的鹽腌10分鐘。

3.等魚腌好後取一口鍋放入少量的油煎魚。

4.魚煎到有上金黃色後拿出,用煎魚的餘油炒香姜末和番茄末。

5.炒好番茄兩分鐘後加入1小碗的水。

6.等水燒開加入1小匙的醬油,小半匙的雞精和小半匙的鹽。

7.取一口小鍋把湯汁放入進去再抒魚放入湯汁裡。

8.放入蒜苗加蓋燉煮15分鐘。

9.煮好後放入盤子裡。
